Yesterday I shipped to you, via Federal Express Priority Overnight, five copies of my Reply Brief which was due last Thursday. I also included a Motion to Accept a Late Brief.

Due to miscommunications, the Table of Authorities included in our Reply Brief is inaccurate. The cases listed are correct but the pages they appear on are incorrect. I am sending five copies of the corrected Table of Authorities with this letter along with Certificates of Service. Please include this corrected Table of Authorities in each of the five copies of the Reply Brief.
